The founders of Peak Cashflow Limited are delighted to announce that they have completed a sale of the business to the employees through an Employee Ownership Trust.
Employee Ownership Trusts are a Government initiative introduced in 2014 in order to promote employee ownership, keeping business continuity and allowing the employees to be part of the success.
Peak Cashflow Limited has had a 17 year history of delivering strong services to clients and consistent profitable growth. The business was set up by Peter Stanton and Jim Small with a desire to provide working capital finance accompanied by strong, personal client service. Many of the early clients are with the business today.
The success of the business has long been down to a strong team who support the client service philosophy. The change in ownership structure will not impact the day to day but means the business can keep attracting the best staff to deliver the best products and services and keep the essence of Peak Cashflow long into the future.
Pete and Jim are absolutely delighted that the employees are now an even greater part of the company and its future success. They would like to welcome Audrey Jack, Nick Dunn and Lee Coutanche as main board directors. Jim and Pete will be continuing as normal and it will remain very much business as usual.

Pete is based at our Birmingham office in the Jewellery Quarter. Pete spent 10 years working in the mid-market banking sector in both London and the West Midlands. In 1999, he left the banking environment to work in the invoice finance sector, progressing to Director of a medium-sized listed provider. Pete’s responsibilities include: New business acquisition • Underwriting and client management across a wide portfolio • Client care and maintaining the highest service levels within the industry.
